The AEC is a particularly unique due to our diverse, inclusive, and positive teaching philosophy and atmosphere. We aim to uplift students through confidence-building exercises while pushing them out of their comfort zone in a safe manner... The AEC prides itself on being an incredibly open, accepting, inclusive, and encouraging environment for all dancers. Our performers and staff continuously work to support one another and appreciate what each individual person has to offer... At the AEC, dancers will be exposed to multiple areas of the "dance world" including but not limited to: ballet, improv, jazz, modern, contemporary, choreography analysis, student choreography, strength training, master classes, workshops, and more! At the AEC, we understand that art is a constant, collective effort and therefore one cannot produce art without the support or help from others. We value community, diversity, and positive energies!
