ADVANCED AUDIOLOGY ASSOCIATES - Key Persons
Dr. Tiffany Pfleger has been a clinical dispensing audiologist since 1996 when she received her master's degree from Northeastern University in Boston. She went on to obtain her doctoral degree (Au.D.) in 2011 from A.T. Still University in Mesa, AZ.
Dr. Fletcher has over 25 years experience as an audiologist; she has been in private practice since February of 2000. Prior to owning her own practice, she had worked as a dispensing audiologist for another practice in Massachusetts. Dr. Fletcher obtained her Masters in Audiology from Northeastern University in Boston and her Doctorate from Salus University in Pennsylvania. She also has a Bachelors in Communication Disorders from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. Her area of expertise is in diagnostic audiology and hearing aid dispensing.
Nancy Richard serves clients in both our locations. After a long, enjoyable career in practical nursing, Nancy is pursuing further education and training in the audiology profession, with direct guidance and assistance from Leanne Fletcher and Tiffany Pfleger. Nancy fulfilled a life-long dream of living by the ocean when she moved, with her family, from upstate NY. Her interests continue to be influenced by all the Cape has to offer; swimming, beachcombing, biking and summer visits with her children. Nancy stays involved in the community through volunteer work, especially with the Family Pantry and Literacy Council.

Robin has been the Office Manager at the Mashpee office since the summer of 2018. She grew up on Cape Cod and raised her son here. Robin attended Cape Cod Community College, taking business courses at night, while she worked during the day. She had worked as an administrative assistant for five years prior to joining the team at Advanced Audiology Associates.
Robin enjoys all that Cape Cod has to offer - being at the beach, taking walks, fishing, and crabbing. She has volunteered at the local Senior Centers and at other events in the community.

Terri has been the Office Manager in our Yarmouth Port office since November, 2020. Prior to that, she worked as an administrator at another Hearing Care practice and also did administration at a local timeshare management company. Born and raised on the Cape, Terri loves all that it has to offer. She and her husband have one son and enjoy spending time in their yard.
