ADVOCACY RESOURCE

U-CARE mission is to serve as a nonprofit organization formed to increase the knowledge of the public, formally incarcerated persons, the disenfranchised and their families in underserved communities. U-CARE advocate on behalf of these individuals about the means and procedures of gaining access to Re-Entry resources, support and training upon their reintegration back into society, so that they can be successful.
