Adam L. Beck

Adam Beck oversees Ship Repair across all Vigor operations in Oregon, Washington and Alaska, where he brings extensive expertise in strategic planning, quality assurance, capital asset oversight, finance and customer service to Vigor. Under Adam's leadership, Vigor has become a ship repair powerhouse in the Pacific Northwest and Alaska. His focus on safety has resulted in a significant decrease in injuries, and because of his direction and customer focus, Vigor is recognized as a top performer in US Navy repair work, a growth area for Vigor. Adam has also strengthened Vigor's production planning and management, providing customers with added efficiencies. Adam is recognized as a leader in the maritime industry broadly, having served on the board of the Shipbuilder's Council of America, as well as the Puget Sound Ship Repair Association. A native of Southern California, he has been involved in the maritime industry for more than 30 years.

Chris Palmer

Chris has been a valued member of Vigor's Fabrication team since 2010, bringing more than 26 years of complex fabrication experience spanning technical, operational, and leadership roles in engineering, quality, and manufacturing. In his current role as Vice President of Fabrication, Chris oversees all of Vigor's complex and marine fabrication operations. Chris is recognized in the industry as an inspirational, values-driven leader with a strong focus on excellence. He has an extensive background in the aerospace, nuclear, and infrastructure sectors as well as in automation, technology and robotics. Before being promoted to his current role, he served as Vigor Fabrication's VP of Production for three years, and previously as the Director of Operations for Vigor Industrial Services, Vigor Fabrication and Vigor Works. Prior to joining Vigor, Chris was the Operations Manager for Harris Thermal Transfer Products, a pressure vessel fabricator in Newberg, Ore. Chris holds professional certificates in Technology, Operations, Value Chain Management, Lean and Six Sigma, as well as a variety of other continuing education programs in leadership, problem-solving, and professional development. He also holds U.S. patents supporting complex bridge structures. Chris grew up in McMinnville, Ore. and outside of work he enjoys camping, flying, motorcycle riding, and traveling with his family. Chris has been recognized for one of his biggest passions - volunteering within the community. In particular Chris' volunteer efforts have focused on supporting women and children in need as well as vocational career development for troubled youth.

Dawn Cartwright

Dawn has been a valued member of the Vigor's Human Resources team since 2012 bringing more than two decades of experience managing human resources for companies in the warehousing and utility sectors. In her role as Vice President, Human Resources & Risk Management, Dawn provides strategic guidance on developing the company's most prized resource: its people. She guides overall direction for labor and employee relations, compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, organizational development, compliance, payroll and property and casualty risk management. Dawn is a near-native Oregonian having grown up in West Linn, Ore. She holds a Bachelor's of Science degree from Linfield College, in McMinnville, Ore. and a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) designation. Dawn enjoys cooking, entertaining, traveling, spending time in the outdoors and can be found on most weekends, rain or shine, cheering for her son and his soccer team.

Jill Mackie

Jill Mackie serves as Senior Vice President of Public Affairs for Vigor. She provides oversight of local, state and federal government relations in Oregon, Washington and Alaska. She also directs Vigor's internal and external communications and manages both media and community relations. Since joining Vigor, she has led pivotal state legislative initiatives to grow Vigor's opportunities with Washington State Ferries as well as federal appropriations efforts in defense and homeland security. Jill's considerable expertise in public affairs was honed during her sixteen year tenure as head of government relations and strategic communications at The Seattle Times. During Jill's tenure at The Times, she achieved a number of legislative wins for the company including in the areas of state and federal tax, local land use and protections at the state level for access to public information.

Tae Rhee is Vigor's General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. He has an extensive background, both domestically and internationally, in corporate law and mergers & acquisitions. Tae brings nearly 30 years of expertise practicing law in global law firms and as general counsel to public and pre-IPO companies. He brings a broad experience gained from working with private equity-sponsored businesses in the aerospace and defense, transportation and maritime industries to his oversight of Vigor's business interests. Tae leads Vigor's legal team in strategic transactions, complex project contracts, intellectual property, litigation and corporate compliance. Prior to joining Vigor in 2020, Tae was General Counsel of InnoVista Sensors, a global manufacturer of electronic components to the aerospace & defense, industrial, and energy & infrastructure markets, where he managed the legal, compliance and governance functions. Originally from Seoul, South Korea, Tae holds a JD degree from the University of Oregon, School of Law. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, golfing, and exploring the world.
