C.A. Shyam Sharma (B.Com., FCA, DISA, RV), 47 years old, a commerce graduate, is member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has an experience of more than 22 years in almost all facet of direct and indirect taxes including GST, Business Valuation, International Taxation, Accounting/ auditing profession. He has secured a 36 th position on the all India merit list of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in CA Foundation Examination. He looks after the entire range of consultancy services relating indirect and direct taxes such as GST, Business Valuation, Assurance Services, Direct Taxes including planning for corporate & non-residents Indians and rendering consultancy on International Taxation, FEMA Matters. His result-oriented approach ensures that the clients benefit in terms of having the most efficient solution.

She is a qualified company secretary and has worked in many multinational companies including SIS Group. She is looking after GST and secretarial related work. She is having post qualification experience of more than 14 years.
