State law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, address, occupation, and employer of individuals whose contribution exceeds $50 in an election cycle... The maximum amount an individual may contribute is $800 per election. Your contribution (up to $800) will be designated for the primary election. The next $800 will be designated for the general election. A total of $1,600 can be contributed per person and business through election day... Contributions to Willette for District Attorney are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes. Contributions from foreign nationals are prohibited.
