A design concept for an undeground parking lot car wash, that would reflect architectural and design features of the complex it is located in. The eye-catching reception and washing bay entrances not only reflect on the general design of the complex, but also stand out in the monotonous car parking space... A common space for a residential complex with a variety of different zones to facilitate the residents in physical and mental activities within one space. The core design idea lies in creating a flexible space that can be opened or closed with the help of sound absorbing curtains, that create a series of smaller spaces from one bigger space when necessary...
