All Access Training and Student-Athlete Development, Inc. was founded in January 2020 as a 501(c)(3) organization to address the shortage of resources for young people in New Haven, CT, who face academic, social, and emotional challenges. Historically, young men and women of color involved in sports have been marginalized and perceived merely as athletes. Our mission is to amplify their voices and support their development beyond the playing field... We are dedicated to fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion among our student-athletes and volunteers. We uphold a strict policy of non-discrimination based on race, sex, gender identity or expression, skin tone, national or ethnic origin, religion, or sexual orientation.
