Chris Gallati is the newest member of the All Dimension team.
Prior to joining us, Chris worked as a rigging foreman for VRM after working four years as a laborer with Skanska. As with many of our trusted professionals, Chris was referred to us from an industry partner as a rising talent.
He has proven to be an effective leader in managing our projects to successful completion. Chris duties are assisting in scheduling, trade coordination, and quality control on the projects he manages.
Chris has overseen the roofing and waterproofing work for us at NYCHA Ocean Bay, 161 Sixth Ave, the MTA Spring Creek Bus Depot, and the demolition of the Hotel Deauville in NYC.

Gary graduated from Beech Hill College Ireland with a degree in construction management. After immigrating to the US, Gary began his career working as a foreman for Local 20.
Gary joined all dimensions in 2016 and has proven to be a valuable and effective onsite project manager. With over 22 years of experience, Gary's excellent communication skills and hands-on knowledge, ensure that our tradesmen execute their work to the highest professional standards.
Gary has worked in several notable projects including The Four Seasons Hotel, Hilton Garden Inn at Time Square, The Ludlow Hotel, and the Apthorp Building.
Gary resides in Woodside Queens. In his free time, Gary is the manager of the Monaghan NY Football Club. When not working or coaching, you can find Gary on the golf course.

Michael Miceli is the president and founder of All Dimension. Michael has a BS in finance and accounting from Siena College.
He started his professional career as a Financial Advisor with Morgan Stanley.
At Morgan Stanley, Michael's focus was business/real estate financing and investment management for small to mid-size business owners. His experience in financial management provides All Dimension with a unique competitive advantage as it relates to project financing and development of financial budgets.
Michael's experience in construction dates back to his early teens, working with his father, Paul Miceli, who owned and operated a Queens-based roofing business for 40 years. His father taught him the framework for which our company was built on today: provide a high-quality product in a time efficient manner at a reasonable cost.
Michael's responsibilities are focused primarily on business development, project planning/ budgeting, and oversight of our management team and internal staff. He is an excellent problem solver and works well under pressure.
Since our inception, Michael has been the driving force in the development and growth of our business. More importantly, the long-term relationships he has developed with the industry partners and professionals we work with are paramount to the success of our projects.
Paul brings over 45 years of experience in roofing and waterproofing. As owner/operator of Miceli-Kleinhans roofing for over 40 years, Paul has assisted in the implementation of our division 7 business and provides valuable expertise in scheduling and quality control.

Peter is the chief operator of our building envelope division. He brings 20 years of expertise in roofing, waterproofing, and facade restoration. He is widely recognized and respected industry professional. Peter is known for his ability to identify and resolve the most challenging, waterproofing issues. His knowledge is invaluable to our company ensuring water-tight exteriors on the most complex structures.
Peter has overseen many projects including The Brooklyn Navy Yard, USTA Arthur Ashe Stadium, Tavern on The Green, Parsons New School NYC, the Americana Manhasset, The Players Club at Gramercy Park, and various academic institutions, places of worship, and municipal projects throughout the Tri-State area.
Peter resides in Bayville, NY with his wife Deidre and their two children, Brooke and Joy. Peter was an accomplished athlete lettering in Football and Soccer at St. Francis Prep HS. He is the state record holder for the longest field goal in a high school game which earned him a full athletic scholarship to Georgetown University.
Billy is a St. Francis College graduate with over 20 years of construction experience. He first began his career as a Foreman for Local 28 before joining All Dimension in 2010.
As an Executive Project Manager, Billy oversees all facets of project implementation, including but not limited to project management, trade coordination, and forecasting. He is assigned to ensure projects goals, schedule, and budgets are met at every mark. His attention to detail, personal demeanor, and eye for design ensure each job he is assigned runs smoothly.
Billy has spear-headed notable projects including the Empire State building, 270 Park Ave (Chase Building), The Chrysler Building, The Bank of America Building, JFK Airport, Material Good, and a myriad of high-end residences in NYC.
Billy resides in Bellerose, NY with his wife Careen and their three children, Lyla, Hunter, and Harper. As an accomplished athlete and St. Francis Prep alum, Billy was an all-state baseball player earning him a full athletic scholarship to St. Francis College in Brooklyn.
