ANGELES MADISON RESIDENTIAL - Key Persons

aDAM O'nEILL

Job Titles:
  • Leader
  • Co - CEO
Adam is a highly experienced Los Angeles based real estate developer, and the driving visionary behind Angeles Madison Residential. Adam will draw on decades of experience in developing and constructing high quality homes and apartments all over Greater Los Angeles and Southern California, as he provides urgently needed housing options for working families. In many ways, Adam views his real estate projects as an extension of his ethical priorities. He grew up in the working-class town of Malden, MA, and was taught strong family values from his first-generation immigrant Italian and Irish parents. Adam's interest in real estate started early, helping his family renovate and maintain the small multi-family rentals that they owned and managed. He saw at a young age that a stable home not only benefitted the family in the home, but the community at large. Adam eventually headed west and became a police officer with the Los Angeles Police Department, where he was promoted to Sergeant in under five years. Adam has a unique perspective on Los Angeles from his time with LAPD, and deeply understands the city and its citizens from assisting ordinary folks in their homes and businesses. Adam is a proven leader. He has purchased and steered many dozens of projects in the Los Angeles area through complex entitlements, capital raises, design, build, and sale, and bought and sold well over $500 million dollars of real estate throughout his career. Since 2014 alone, he has been the driving force behind over 30 multifamily real estate development projects, with an average IRR over 35%. In nearly 30 years of working on residential real estate construction and development projects, he has come to understand every aspect of the field. Most importantly, he has always proven that his integrity is beyond reproach, having maintained an excellent reputation and connection with his investors and professional relationships even through the 2008 financial crisis.
