ANONYMOUS IS A WOMAN THEATRE

Anonymous Is A Woman Theatre Company (AIAWTC) was founded by two Drama Centre London Graduates, Bips Mawson and Leila Sykes as a response to women's underrepresentation in society, history and thus in theatre. We are feminists in the sense that we believe in equality between the sexes. The company works with artists of all genders, our team has grown through our fantastic associate artists who reflect this and our work is female-centric only in our choice of subject matter. Through our gender equality night 50/50 we give a platform to hundreds of emerging artists who share our ethos. Whatever the project and whoever we are working with we strive to operate with the ‘feminine' values of generosity, compassion and discipline...
