Argo Apartment Community, formerly Raintree-Fairfax, was purchased and placed under new management in June 2013. Since then, extensive, on-going renovations and the addition of on-site management show our commitment to making Argo Apartment Community a safe, friendly, attractive, and desirable place to call home. The needs of our residents are our first priority and we make every effort to ensure that those needs are met in a timely, professional manner. Through our continued efforts in renovation, property improvement, and outstanding resident relations, we will make Argo the apartment community of choice in the Athens area.
