Ben Crabtree

Ben Crabtree joined Mostyn Prettyman, PLLC, after graduating from the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville and holds an undergraduate degree in Anthropology from the University of Arkansas. Prior to graduating, Ben participated in the Law School's Juvenile Defense Clinic as a Rule XV certified attorney where he engaged in criminal trial cases against minors, from arraignment through disposition. Ben assisted counsel for multiple Capital Murder clients potentially affected by the United States Supreme Court's decision in Jackson v. Hobbs. He also externed at the Benton County Public Defender's Office where he represented clients as a Rule XV certified attorney. Ben worked as a law clerk through school, where he assisted in criminal law, family law, foreclosure and general litigation cases. He was also the University of Arkansas Student Bar Association's representative to the Arkansas Bar. Through this position, he served on the Young Lawyers' Section executive council to the Arkansas Bar Association. Ben's practice focuses on Family Law, Criminal Defense, and Ad Litem Representation.

Jeff Baker

Jeff Baker joined Mostyn Prettyman, PLLC after receiving his law degree from the University of Arkansas School of Law. Jeff received his undergraduate degree from Indiana University. Prior to attending law school, Jeff spent 24 years in the corporate world. Jeff Baker joined Mostyn Prettyman, PLLC, after graduating from the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville. Jeff has an extensive background in the corporate world, leading teams over 24 years for major corporations, including Fortune 500 companies Target and Walmart. Prior to working with the firm, Jeff clerked for the Honorable Doug Schrantz in the Benton County Circuit Court, 6th Division. He also served as an intern for Legal Aid of Arkansas assisting clients in obtaining orders of protection, and he was a Rule XV certified attorney in the Civil Litigation Legal Clinic at the University of Arkansas School of Law. Jeff has been a resident of Northwest Arkansas for 15 years. He has served on the Junior Tennis Council of the Arkansas Tennis Association, successfully advocating for improved opportunities for Northwest Arkansas junior tennis players to compete in sanctioned tournaments located in our region of the state. He has also been a strong advocate for the Bentonville Public Schools, working closely with a group of concerned parents to make sure the community is supported with two public high schools. Jeff's practice focuses on Commercial Litigation, Debt Collection, Wills, Trusts, Probate and Elder Law.

Joshua G. Q. Mostyn

Josh Mostyn graduated with honors from the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville. Josh received a W.B. Putman American Inn of Court Pupil Award, and he, along with law partner Will Prettyman, shared the honor of receiving the TC & Rosemary Carlson Memorial Award for excellence in the study of Constitutional Law. In 2016, Josh was appointed to a 4-year term on the Arkansas Advisory Committee to the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights. He is a past President of the Benton County Bar Association and the current President of the Federalist Society for Law & Public Policy Studies (Northwest Arkansas Lawyers Chapter). Josh has held several leadership positions in professional legal groups and associations. Josh clerked for the Hon. Brad Karren in the Rogers District Court, as well as in the Legal Department at Tyson Foods, Inc., through Arkansas School of Law's Corporate Counsel Externship Program. He is also a former legislative extern to Congressman Steve Womack in Arkansas' 3rd Congressional District. Josh previously served as the Legislative Director for the Arkansas chapter of National Association of Mortgage Brokers (NAMB), and he was named to the Northwest Arkansas Business Journal's 40 Under Forty Class of 2008. He graduated with honors from the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville and received a W.B. Putman American Inn of Court Pupil Award. Along with law partner Will Prettyman, Josh shared the honor of receiving the 2012 TC & Rosemary Carlson Memorial Award for excellence in the study of Constitutional Law at the University of Arkansas School of Law. LaNette Amador

A law firm that knows their community and gives back continuously is a great place to be. That's why LaNette Amador joined Mostyn Prettyman in 2019. She brought with her a wealth of experience in the legal field, having previously supported several Northwest Arkansas lawyers. Her cheerful disposition and attention to detail make her one of the top legal assistants in NWA. LaNette manages the support staff for the law firm, and she supports multiple lawyers, too. She processes personal insurance claims and assists on wide range of other cases. LaNette is the spice of the office, and she speaks Spanish fluently.

Lisa Alexander

Lisa Alexander joined Mostyn Prettyman, PLLC, to practice Family Law and General Litigation, after spending the past twenty years being a partner in a very successful consulting firm. After earning her Juris Doctor degree, Lisa helped to launch and manage a successful consulting business, seeking out new vendors, engaging and advising vendors, defining, managing and developing defined marketing areas, potential customers and assisting in advertising and marketing programs for represented companies. Lisa has also been involved with pro bono legal work, volunteering with Legal Aid of Arkansas and various other legal aid offered throughout Benton County, Arkansas. Lisa's practice focuses on Family Law, Estate Planning, and General Litigation.

Macy Nuckles

Macy Nuckles joined Mostyn Prettyman, PLLC, after graduating from the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville. Macy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Chemistry from the University of Arkansas - Fort Smith, where she graduated with honors.

Renée Schuldt

Renée Schuldt joined Mostyn Prettyman, PLLC, after graduating from the University of Arkansas School of Law, cum laude. Renée holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management with an emphasis in Human Resources and a minor in Entrepreneurship from the University of Mississippi. During law school, Renée clerked for Hon. Judge Mark Lindsay, the U.S. Department of Labor, in a private estate planning law firm, and in the Legal Operations department at Walmart, Inc. While studying in the Civil Litigation and Advocacy Clinic, Renée represented a low-income client in an unpaid wage claim. There, she sought damages under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA - 29 U.S.C. § 201 - 219) and Arkansas Minimum Wage Act (A.C.A. §11-4-20). After a strong performance in the School of Law's trial advocacy competition, Renée earned a spot on the traveling Student Trial Advocacy Competition team. At graduation, Renée was honored with the M.J. Starling Memorial Award for Labor and Employment Law. Renée's practice focuses on Business Litigation, Employment Law, and Civil Litigation.

W. Marshall Prettyman

W. Marshall Prettyman received his BA from Lafayette College in 1971 and his JD from Rutgers University School of Law in 1974. He was admitted to practice in New Jersey in 1974 and practiced there for 19 years as a staff attorney with Newark Legal Service and later as Assistant Director of Clinical Programs at Seton Hall Law School.

William M. Prettyman III

Will Prettyman co-founded the firm after receiving his law degree from the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville, graduating cum laude. Along with firm co-founder, Josh Mostyn, Will shared the honor of receiving the TC & Rosemary Carlson Memorial Award for outstanding study in Constitutional Law. Prior to graduation, Will clerked for two large, private law firms in Little Rock, Arkansas, and during his last year of law school, he clerked in the Consumer Protection Division of the Arkansas Attorney General's Office. Will was a member of the Dean's List, a member of the Black Law Students Association, the Community Life Committee, and worked in the Innocence Project Clinic, reviewing the case files of Arkansas inmates convicted of capital offenses. Prior to attending law school, Will worked for the tax division of Southwestern Energy and for the President of UMDNJ University Hospital in Newark, New Jersey. Will's practice concentrates on Family Law, Guardianship, and Ad Litem representation. Will also handles matters concerning Personal Injury, Employment, and General Litigation.
