No insurance pawlicy is too challenging for Kat, and our toughest cases are often delegated to her. Her meowtstanding customer service skills and lovable face make her a customer favorite and she receives many refurrals. In her spare time, she enjoys power naps, being pet, and getting into cabinets she should not be getting into.
Linda is a creative individual and graduated from Arizona State University with a BA in Digital Culture, specializing in graphic design and art. Her ultimate goal is to utilize her creative talents and design thinking to help make others' lives easier and more enjoyable in any shape or form. In her free time, she enjoys painting, weight lifting, and indoor rock climbing. She also spends a lot of time making bad puns.

A dedicated team member, Heather has been working at our NY location since 1999. She works tirelessly to provide her clients with the best insurance options available and prides herself in educating her clients about the details of their coverage. Heather is also proud of her Buffalo roots and lives in the city with her dog Chance.
