Coach Spencer joined the Wildcats staff in 2019 in a return to the program where he earned All American Honors as one of the nation's top try scorers. Working primarily with the backs and assisting with the team's attack, the Wildcats are excited to welcome Coach Spencer back to the program. Coach Spencer holds a Bachelor's Degree in History and is the owner and founder of Vista Custom Tees in Tucson.

Coach Coco returns to the Wildcats for his ninth season and works primarily with the backs and the team's overall defense. Coach Coco rejoined the Wildcats in 2014 after serving as Head Coach at University of New Mexico where he led the Lobos to the 2013-2014 Rio Grande Collegiate Championship, while also earning them promotion to Division 1A. Coach Coco's Rugby career began at University of Arizona under the late William David Sitton, which led to a successful playing career with Old Pueblo Men's Club, where he was selected to the Arizona select side as well as the Inland Pacific Team.

Sean Duffy

Head Coach Sean Duffy enters his tenth season with the Wildcats and serves as Director of Rugby/Head Coach of the Men's program while supporting the Women's program development. Duffy was hired in January 2014 to replace the late William David Sitton. In his first season with Arizona, Coach Duffy helped lead the Wildcats to the D1-AA National Championship game, the first national title game in program history and helped them earn promotion to Division 1A. Since their promotion, Arizona has reached the playoffs each of the past nine seasons, including a run to the Final Four in 2017 and national quarterfinal appearances in 2016 and 2019. The Wildcats have also had success in Sevens, winning the program's first ever conference Sevens championship in 2017 and reaching the Cup Semifinal of the Collegiate Rugby Championships in 2015, 2017, and 2018. Off the field, the Wildcats have achieved milestones including a $1 million gift to the program in February 2023.
