With 25 years of piling and marine construction expertise and as a contractor always in search of solutions and products which provide a competitive edge, we identified an area in Marine Piling where there weren't many sleeve options that provide turnkey solutions for design, construction, and maintenance. We teamed up with a New Zealand-based Marine Contractor Heron Construction and after years of development and in-house trials of various products we developed a unique methodology to make tight-fitting UHMWPE steel composite products. We have worked tirelessly to fine-tune ArmorPile TM to a point we now offer a truly optimized engineering solution to the Marine Industry... ArmorPile TM provides a lifespan of 50-100 years. The benefits of this composite system are the sleeves will never suffer corrosion, are abrasion resistant, and will withstand the harshest UV environments. ArmorPile TM offers low maintenance costs with very limited marine growth on the UHMWPE surface.
