Anya Hughes

Anya completed her psychology training in Ireland and initially worked in a primary care service for adults presenting with mild to moderate mental health issues. Since moving to Australia, Anya has had a range of diverse roles including working with children identified as at risk for mental health concerns and providing psychological treatment to patients requiring pain management. In private practice here at Ashcliffe, Anya works with a range of client presentations, in particular working with pain management, chronic health conditions, sleep disturbances, addictions, trauma and domestic violence. Anya has a special interest in the areas of expressive therapies, Jungian psychology and Schema Therapy. Her treatment modalities include CBT, ACT, and EMDR for PTSD Treatment. Heather Marrapodi

Heather has over 25 year's experience as a Comprehensive Registered Nurse, specializing in Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD). Heather has worked in a diverse range of AOD area's including inpatient detox, home based withdrawal, outpatient case management, youth, triage, group work, education, pharmacotherapy, and community nursing.

Kerryn Ashford-Hatherly

Kerryn is a Clinical Psychologist who has extensive experience working with co-morbidity, alcohol and drug issues, domestic violence and trauma. She has an eclectic approach to therapy, which incorporates evidence-based interventions as well as existential theories. With more than 30 years experience in working in the mental health field Kerryn's main clinical interest areas are Addiction, PTSD and the mental health impact of Concussion. Kerryn has been trained in the USA to Supervisor level in the Matrix Model, for intensive outpatient addiction treatment and is a Director of the Matrix Program in Perth WA. In addition to her clinical work in the Matrix Program, Kerryn has delivered training and presentations to health professionals on the mental health aspects of addiction and its treatment and continues to supervise allied health professionals in this area. Kerryn is a former Police Psychologist with Western Australia Police and has held senior management positions in non-government agencies and private organisations. Her experience includes several years working within the FIFO and resources sector providing critical incident co-ordination and response, mental health training and consultancy to major mining, offshore oil and gas and construction companies around Australia and internationally. Kerryn has also been guest speaker at international Health and Safety conferences. Who Kerryn works with: As a Director of Ashcliffe and the Matrix Program Kerryn mainly works within the Matrix Program as well as providing training and consultancy to a variety of organisations on mental health. Kerryn has extensive experience working with alcohol and drug issues, critical incident response, domestic violence, PTSD and trauma. Her expertise includes counselling, group facilitation, workshops, training and consultancy. Kerryn has an eclectic approach to her clinical work incorporating existential theories alongside evidence based practices such as Solution Focused Brief therapy, CBT, EMDR, Schema Therapy and Transpersonal Therapy. Kerryn is a former Police Psychologist with considerable experience in PTSD and Critical Incident Response planning, implementation and debriefing.

Lisa Lemme

Lisa's background includes working with substance abuse, trauma, and mental health issues including anxiety and depression. Lisa has extensive experience working with young adults struggling with anxiety and depression resulting from childhood trauma. She has an eclectic and flexible approach, utilising cognitive behavioural therapies, Eye movement desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR), solution focused approaches, Schema Therapy and mindfulness interventions. Lisa has a client centred, warm and empathic approach, which allows her to work effectively with a wide range of clients. Who Lisa works with: Lisa works with adults, LGBTQI and older Adults

Michael Tunnecliffe

Director of Ashcliffe Psychology and the Matrix Program. Michael has more than 30 years experience in Clinical and Senior Management positions. Michael has held senior positions in both government and non-government agencies. Michael oversees the co-ordination and supervision of Ashcliffe Staff as well as Director of the Matrix Program, Intensive Outpatient Addiction Treatment. Michael is US trained to Supervisor level in the Matrix addiction treatment model and his work now solely focuses on the Matrix Program intake and facilitation. In his spare time Michael studies Philosophy.
