Austin Tyler

Austin Tyler's extensive background in corporate and healthcare real estate includes working with multiple partners on diverse projects and understanding a variety of specialized needs. With a focus on site selection and advisory services, Austin brings a relational perspective to every layer of his work. Before coming to DPA, Austin Tyler began his real estate career at Biltmore Farms in Asheville, where the focus on community involvement and stewardship informed his future philosophies and projects. His work on Biltmore Park Town Square, a $200 million, mixed-use town center, earned him the SIOR designation as the lead leasing agent. His responsibilities included development, retail and office leasing, property management, and construction management. Years later, he directed the real estate portfolio and assets of Mission Health System, which included 5.5 million square feet over 18 counties. In this role he repositioned lease administration (over 200 leases,) oversaw development transactions and all acquisitions and dispositions - including portfolio monetization and sale/leaseback. Subsequently, he expanded his site selection and advisory services into the medical sector, including local independent physicians' groups and clinics, as well as regional, multi-location partners, like Healthcare Corporation of America (HCA).

Donna Audino

Donna Audino joined the Company in October 2015 as the Controller and Property Accountant for Dewey Property Advisors and sister company, Altamus Property Management. She brings with her a lifetime of accounting experience including Finance Director for Renaissance Cruises and Controller for Volvo Construction Equipment Rents, Dollar Time and Laura Ashley. Originally from New Jersey, Donna spent 9 years in Florida and is now one of our many "half-backs" that live in the area. When not working with the team, she loves riding her horse and spending time with friends, family and pets in the great outdoors.

Eddie Dewey - Founder

Eddie Dewey is founder of Dewey Property Advisors where he oversees brokerage and acquisitions for the Firm. Eddie has transacted over 200 million in real estate brokerage, consulting and (re)development work in Greater Asheville. Eddie's focus is primarily on local and regional investors, tenants, and developers. In addition to establishing Dewey Property Advisors in 2009, Eddie co-founded Altamus Property Management in 2014. Previously he was with Asheville Community developer Biltmore Farms and Brokerage Firm Spake Real Estate. His passion is working in partnership with the talented DPA team as well as strategic partners and investors on local and regionally focused projects that enhance and preserve the cultural integrity and vitality of Asheville. Eddie graduated from Hampden-Sydney College with a BS in Economics and Mathematics. Eddie is past president of the Asheville Commercial Investment Realty Association. He has served on the Finance Committee, and chaired the Commercial Investment Division for the Asheville Board of Realtors as well as served as Treasurer for the Asheville Board of Realtors Services, Inc. He is a Licensed North Carolina Real Estate Broker and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Emily Glasgow Dresback

Emily has been with DPA since 2011. Before pursuing commercial real estate and joining the team as a Broker and Marketing Manager, Emily gained extensive experience in sales, advertising, and marketing while working in medical sales. Since joining DPA, Emily has transitioned to leading the majority of DPA's leasing transactions. She loves working proactively with clients - from finding the perfect space for their small business, to tailoring scalable solutions to reach their real estate goals. Born at a very young age in Burlington, NC, Emily is a Communications graduate from Charlotte, NC and former NBA Cheerleader. A resident of Asheville since 2010, she has a strong passion for supporting local businesses and non-profit organizations.

Joelle Gali

Joelle Gali joined Dewey Property Advisors in 2021. As a Certified Administrative Professional, CAP, with the International Association of Administrative Professionals, she brings a wealth of knowledge to DPA. In her role as Administrative Assistant, she supports the brokers, property management, marketing, and finance. With a passion for people and community, she is excited to be part of the DPA team which is very involved in community conscious developments where others can create and thrive. When not in the office, working towards completing her A.A.S. Paralegal Degree next spring and out exploring greater WNC with her husband, Alexis, and their Aussie mix, Tuna.

Loni Miller

Loni Miller joined Dewey Property Advisors in February 2021. She coordinates and executes all of DPA's property and brand marketing efforts. Loni brings over 15 years of experience from corporate marketing, commercial real estate, small business consultancy, and Chamber of Commerce leadership. Loni is a native to Western North Carolina with a BA in Mass Communication from UNC-Asheville. She is passionate about small business growth and our area. In her spare time, she and her husband enjoy chasing their young kids, climbing, biking, and slowing down to make great meals for friends and family.

Matthew Arrowood

Matthew Arrowood joined Dewey Property Advisors in May 2021. He assists the brokers, asset management, and property management with underwriting and financial analysis of properties. Matthew began his career in real estate after transitioning from the financial services industry. As an Asheville native, his passion for real estate investment stems from a desire to serve this community and create an inheritance for the next generation. While working at DPA, Matthew is also completing a BS in Business Administration - Finance at Liberty University. Aside from work and school, he enjoys anything that involves spending time with his wife and their two young children.

Scott Raines

Scott has been a commercial real estate broker since 2005 and with DPA since 2012. His areas of focus include land development, site selection and investment sales. Since joining DPA, Scott has completed over 150 transactions totaling over $100M in volume.

Tim Bramley

Tim Bramley has been a commercial real estate broker with DPA since 2011. His areas of focus include Leasing, Buyer/Seller Representation and Investment Sales. Since joining DPA, Tim has completed over 300 transactions totaling over $100M in volume. Tim is a member and past President of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Association of WNC, a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, and a recipient of the CCIM designation for demonstrating extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry and completing advanced coursework in financial and market analysis. Additionally, Tim has been recognized as a CoStar Power Broker since 2018. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College Foundation.

Wes Reinhardt

Wes Reinhardt functions in a hybrid role at Dewey Property Advisors. While he is a licensed real estate broker, his primary function these days is running DPA's sister company, Altamus Property Management. As President and Co-Founder of Altamus, he has the unique opportunity of servicing many of DPA's commercial clients. By bridging the worlds of real estate management and brokerage, he is able to advise clients using a wide spectrum of insight. He holds the professional designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM®) awarded by the Institute of Real Estate Management and considered to be among the industry's premier real estate management credentials. His career life spans more than 20 years and includes valued experiences that range from Wall Street to Main Street. Since 2004, he has been immersed in all aspects of commercial real estate including brokerage, sales, leasing, design, development, project management, facility operations and property management. Prior to joining the DPA team, he was Vice President and Broker-in-Charge at FIRC Group, a full-service real estate investment firm with properties throughout the Southeast. During his tenure, his responsibilities transcended multiple market sub-sectors including retail, office, mixed use, hospitality and land. Wes has established a reputation built on quantifiable results. He played an integral role in revitalizing the region's oldest neighborhood shopping center, assisted in the strategic repositioning of a faltering independent boutique hotel and facilitated development entitlements for numerous multimillion-dollar projects. Wes possesses an expertise for navigating the challenges of the Asheville municipal development ordinances and has extensive relationships with department personnel who oversee planning, permitting, code compliance, zoning and safety. Other professional attributes include a keen ability to manage the relationship dynamics inherent between Landlord and Tenant. The guiding principles of his real estate management philosophy are built upon accountability, efficiency and execution, shaped in part by his early career experiences as a commodity trader where he learned the critical importance of business ethics, discipline and risk management.
