Aaron Davis

Before joining National Medical Billing Services, Aaron started his career as an industrial engineer in the medical device arena. His foundation as an engineer drives him to break problems down to the root cause, utilizing skills learned from earning his Six Sigma Green Belt. Aaron also found success in supply chain management, leading global system deployments and product launches as a PMP project manager. In 2014, Aaron focused his skills on the healthcare revenue cycle industry, leading a seven-location nationwide surgery center company, most notably focusing on process automation, system integration, and overall strengthening the quality and outcome of the revenue cycle. His wealth of experience enables him to put together productive, motivated teams and user-friendly solutions that deliver measurable returns on investments.

Colin Monasterio - Chief Strategy Officer

Colin joined National Medical Billing Services in 2021 as the Head of Mergers and Acquisitions, ultimately moving into the position of Chief Strategy Officer. As CSO, Colin oversees corporate development and marketing while collaborating on organic growth initiatives across the organization. His role includes leading the sourcing, execution, and integration of acquisitions, as well as helping guide organic growth strategies. Prior to joining National Medical, Colin worked for Clearview Capital, L.P., a Connecticut-based private equity firm, where he evaluated and executed control investments in middle-market healthcare services, business services, specialized distribution, and manufacturing sectors across North America. Colin has also held positions with RCP Advisors, an asset manager with private equity co-invest, secondary, and primary fund vehicles, and Livingstone Partners, a middle-market investment bank. Colin graduated in 2012 with dual BBA degrees in Finance, Investment & Banking and Risk Management & Insurance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Jessica Edmiston - SVP

Jessica leads an outstanding National Medical coding team comprised of some of the most experienced and skilled surgery center and medical practice coders in the country. She has been a Certified Professional Coder herself for more than a decade and possesses a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Missouri in St. Louis as well as the highly acclaimed Certified ASC Coder (CASCCâ„¢) Credential. Jessica is also an approved ICD-10-CM trainer through AHIMA. Jessica works closely with National Medical's Performance Review department to assist in identifying compliance issues, areas of missed revenue and proffers immediate mitigation/resolution strategies. She is nationally renowned for her coding expertise; from being requested by name to speak at large conferences to authoring numerous articles in medical trade journals and publications. Jessica developed the National Medical training program for new coders and also ensures that she and her team receive continuing education to remain abreast of the continuing industry trends and fluctuations.

Kylie Kaczor

Kylie has been a registered nurse for over 15 years with experience in intensive care nursing and outpatient surgery. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing: Leadership and Health Systems Management degree from Drexel University. Over the past several years, Kylie has served as Executive Director of multiple ambulatory surgery centers using her unique clinical background and understanding of operations to drive quality in patient care and organizational development and growth. She is passionate about the cultivation of high-performing teams and invests extensive time in coaching and mentoring both healthcare and business professionals. Kylie has specialized in several areas during her career resulting in certifications in ambulatory surgery center administration, medical practice operations, and healthcare risk management. She is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt focused on operational efficiency and practice improvement. Kylie serves as National Medical's Compliance Officer and remains active in Washington, DC visiting Capitol Hill and meeting with lawmaker's to further healthcare reform efforts. Her distinctive experience in healthcare services and business operations allows Kylie to provide National Medical's clients with supportive collaboration as they effectively operate their facilities through an ever-changing healthcare climate. Having made a personal commitment to leave the country at least once a year, Kylie has since had wonderful life experiences in foreign countries resulting in an ever fueled wanderlust. The challenge of navigating foreign lands and languages results in such personal growth for Kylie. As a result, she continually looks for new experiences.

Lewis Custer

Lewis Custer joined National Medical Billing Services in 2013 as the Senior Vice President of Administration. In this role, Lewis oversees National Medical's Lean Six Sigma deployment throughout the organization. He also runs our Implementation Department, where he onboards all new clients in a seamless and efficient manner while also bringing best practices in the areas of processes and technology to our clients. For the previous 13 years, Lewis was the Director of Revenue Cycle Services for Quest Diagnostics, the largest clinical laboratory in the U.S. Prior to that, for 10 years, Custer was the Senior Director of Contract Administration at Mid Atlantic Medical Services, Inc. (now United Healthcare). Lewis holds a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification, is also certified by The Academy of Healthcare Management, Professional designation and was honorably discharged from the United States Army.

Lindsay Gross - COO

Lindsay is the Chief Operating Officer for National Medical Billing Services. She oversees the Company's 500 employees and works to create unparalleled industry efficiency in all aspects of operations. Lindsay leverages her team's cutting edge analytics to provide our clients with insightful information and advice. Simultaneously, she ensures that our outstanding team performs National Medical's mission in optimum fashion to maximize financial returns for her clients while keeping them highly compliant. Lindsay has made it possible for surgery centers across the nation to increase their profitability since 2003 by identifying various revenue-cycle inefficiencies and then developing and implementing tailor-made solutions specific to each client's individual needs. Her broad, in-depth knowledge and experience has included successful collaboration with large independent centers (handling in excess of 1900 cases monthly) as well as management companies and joint venture operations, some with more than 65 locations. Lindsay is an acknowledged expert with most ASC software management applications and practice management systems and at the same time leads the charge for implementation on the cutting edge technologies that will create even more efficiency and financial returns for our clients.

Lisa is listed in the St. Louis Business Journal as the Most Influential Business Women in St. Louis in 2016 and named as one of the Small Business Monthly's Top Women Business Owners for 2016.

Michael Rock

Michael's expertise is well recognized - within National Medical Billing Services and the ASC industry. He joined the company in 2006 as an Accounts Receivable Account Representative and quickly moved up in the AR department, serving as a supervisor and director. In his current role as Senior Vice President of Process Improvement, Michael works to implement Lean and Six Sigma principles across the company. From 2009-2010, Michael served his country as a department of defense contractor in Iraq where he set up network communications for the United States Army. Michael holds A+ Certification, as well as his Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from Villanova University in Villanova, Pennsylvania.

Nader Samii - CEO

Nader leads the company's strategic direction with a strong emphasis on exceptional client services, lean and efficient processes, cutting edge technologies, and insightful analytics. Prior to National Medical Billing Services, Nader was the co-founder and President of Ajuba International, a leading healthcare revenue cycle outsourcing company that was created in 2001 and grew to approximately 2,500 employees by 2009. A pioneer in the revenue cycle industry, Ajuba has received extensive honors as one of the premier business process outsourcing (BPO) companies in the healthcare provider market, including being ranked as the #1 Healthcare Revenue Cycle Outsourcing Company by The Black Book of Outsourcing (John Wiley & Sons). Scott Allen

Scott joined National Medical Billing Services in 2008 and has devoted his healthcare industry career advising surgical centers and practices on managed care contracting. His extensive knowledge of surgical reimbursement, coupled with his revenue cycle experience and his national perspective, enables him to devise solutions that are suited to the nuances of an ASC's particular market. As Senior Vice President of Managed Care Contracting, Scott has a proven track record as a strategic advisor to National Medical's clients by providing direction on payer contract issues, revenue implications associated with evolving payment systems and structures, and the financial impact of high acuity case migration to the ASC setting. Scott has led contract negotiations that have resulted in savings for payers while identifying revenue opportunities for providers. Moreover, his expertise in RCM operations, reimbursement, and payment systems has been instrumental to his success securing payer contracts in surgical centers introducing and developing spine, total joint, and cardiology programs. As an industry leader, Scott is involved in the healthcare industry through a variety of advocacy roles and publishes and presents frequently on topics of RCM business operations and managed care contracting. Scott earned a B.S. in Political Science from St. Louis University.

Stacie Fults
