Jacob McCauley is a strategic visionary. As one of Atlas Collaborative's founding partners, Jacob guides the overall direction of the firm. Before founding Atlas, Jacob served 11 years at a leading Atlanta architecture firm in various senior positions. In his previous roles, Jacob played a major part in transitioning the company into one of Atlanta's top 3 architecture firms. At Atlas Collaborative, Jacob oversees strategy, operations, finances, and overall excellence. Jacob understands the critical factors that affect client success and ensures that the Atlas team has everything needed to deliver quality projects. He is driven and inspired to push the firm into a new era of innovation and development to best serve Atlas' clients.

Kunal Sahu

Kunal Sahu is laser-focused on the details. His expertise is in organizing complex designs into cohesive, functional, and profitable workspaces. Kunal spent over 20 years at a leading Atlanta architecture firm, his final role being Director of the Office Studio. As a Principal at Atlas Collaborative his full passion is brought forth into every project. Kunal takes ownership of his projects, ensuring that even the smallest details are analyzed. He enjoys designing both boutique office spaces and large corporate headquarters. His drive and attention for details are absolutely unmatched. Kunal's motto is "Leave no doubts," reinforcing that his goal is to deliver projects on schedule and to perfection. Kunal is a Registered Architect in Georgia, Tennessee, and Texas. He is qualified for NCARB reciprocity throughout the United States. Kunal was instrumental in designing and executing some of the most iconic office buildings in the Southeast, including Comcast HQ at The Battery, HD Supply HQ, 8000 Avalon, 10000 Avalon, and Charles Schwab in Buckhead.

Sasha Vinitsky

Sasha Vinitsky's passion is design; his expertise is finessing complex challenges into beautiful solutions. He began his architectural career in 1978 in Moldova, a former republic of the USSR, before moving to the United States in 1991. After spending 21 years as the Office / Industrial Studios leader at a premier Atlanta architecture firm, Sasha left to become a Principal at Atlas Collaborative. He is responsible for high-level project design and ensuring total client satisfaction. Sasha is creative and resourceful in his designs, focusing on clients' needs while developing timeless and elegant solutions. His most valuable skill is his ability to intently listen to and understand client objectives and then guide his projects through a collaborative process, producing the utmost in design quality. Sasha understands that some clients are focused on architectural design while others place the highest priority on cost efficiency. His expertise is balancing these desires to bring a vision to life that will stand the test of time while meeting the client's ultimate goal. Sasha's design is expressed in buildings throughout the world in a wide variety of project types, including mixed-use, office, hospital, industrial, educational, and residential. Sasha's notable projects include Comcast HQ at The Battery in Atlanta, GA, Avalon 8000 & 10000 in Alpharetta, GA, Interroll's Manufacturing and Logistics Center in Hiram, GA, and Universal Alloy Corporation's Plants in Canton & Ballground, GA.

Tim Keith

Tim Keith is a manufacturing and industrial design powerhouse. Tim is a Registered Architect through much of the southeast and qualified for NCARB reciprocity throughout the United States. His industrial design skillset is unmatched in the region. Tim's experience ranges from specialized manufacturing facilities containing test cells, firing ranges, and multi-level extrusion equipment to master-planned mega complexes spanning hundreds of acres with buildings over 3-million square feet in size. He spent 20 years at a premiere Atlanta architecture firm, starting as an intern and working his way up to Director of the Industrial Studio before leaving to become one of the founding partners of Atlas Collaborative. He is now an Atlas Principal and responsible for manufacturing, industrial, and logistics facility design and architecture. He oversees project progression and is responsible for ensuring quality and effective design. Tim takes the time to understand each client's specific needs. He propels project approach and design, continuously integrating innovative solutions, thus maximizing facility efficiency. Some of Tim's notable projects include Michelin Logistics Center in Greenville, SC, Mercedes Distribution Facility in Tuscaloosa, AL, SMP Extrusion Facility in Tuscaloosa, AL, Interroll Manufacturing and Logistics Center in Hiram, GA, and Universal Alloy Corporation's Plants in Canton & Ballground, GA.
