BAD ACE SHOU SHU ACADEMY is a self defense based style of martial arts. We don't believe in just practicing motions in the air or throwing punches and kicks without having a purpose for them. We teach you efficient ways to move your body and use the right techniques to help you be successful in defending yourself, no matter your age or size. We practice all our curriculum on one another in a controlled atmosphere, so you will be comfortable using your skills if you ever find yourself in an uncomfortable situation.
