Chris Neil

With over 20 years' experience in the disability Sector, Chris has held a number of roles including Support Worker, Coordinator, Manager of SIL properties and is now Human Resources Manager. Chris enjoys working as part of a Team that empowers participants with disabilities. Mentoring people to achieve their goals, lead enriched lives is rewarding and humbling and is very proud to be part of the team, where all participants, their families and all staff are treated with dignity and respect.

Ian Bucholz - CEO, Managing Director

Ian has spent many years developing small businesses and exploring new opportunities, starting out as a Support Worker a little over 5 years ago. With a wealth of life experience behind him, deficiencies in the services being provided by his then employers were identified. With an entrepreneurial spirit and "we can do this better" attitude, Bass Disability Support Services was then formed, which is now a key competitor in the disability support sector.

Liane Saltmarsh

Liane has worked in the disability sector for over 20 years, having gained experienced in residential homes for people with Intellectual disabilities. Liane moved into a leadership role in 2008, supporting people who care for loved ones with mental health challenges, while also managing group homes, community support services and residential care for people with challenging behaviors. Liane works closely with our entire team to support our clients.

Paul Hoye

Paul brings a wealth of knowledge to the business. As a former Accountant and Business Manager, Paul entered the disability industry over 10 years ago and has held a number of roles including Intensive Support Team Leader, working with challenging behaviours, Compliance Officer and Support Coordinator. Paul utilises his experience to introduce new and improved services to the business and will assist in driving the longevity and financial success of Bass Disability.
