In my early 20's I turned professional in MMA (mixed martial arts) and then went onto to become a successful business owner in the fitness industry...
But something wasn't right…. I still wasn't happy. In spite of the positive external changes I'd made in my life I was still holding onto low self-esteem and feelings of hate, anger, anxiety and depression that I'd carried most of my life.
