Be Well Family Care is offering SPORTS PHYSICAL CLINICS for ages 11 and up. This is a great opportunity to get forms completed for fall sports or to just have a really great physical prior to the school year. This comprehensive exam is far beyond what you would get at a normal "annual exam" or sports physical at an urgent care. In addition to a general head to toe exam, we will also be conducting an InBody Scan (provides body composition analysis), an EKG to assess heart function, Peak Flow or Spirometry to assess the lungs, an eye exam and urinalysis. This is open to both patients and non-patients- spread the word!... Our providers will create individualized treatment plans based on genetic testing, functional/integrative lab assessments, nutrient deficiency testing, and patient history...
