The current firm of Burton, Fuller & Associates, P.C. has a long history within the community of Ottawa. The firm originally began as the law firm of Hupp & Irion, founded in 1950 by George C. Hupp and Frederick W. Irion. George C. Hupp III joined the firm in 1978. In 1981 the firm incorporated as a professional corporation under the name of Hupp, Irion & Hupp, P.C. In 1986, Hupp, Irion & Hupp merged with the law firm of Lanuti, Martin & Lanuti becoming the law firm of Hupp, Lanuti, Irion & Martin, P.C. Frederick W. Irion retired in 1987, and George C. Hupp retired in 1989 and became a Circuit Court Judge in 1990. Joseph E. Lanuti retired in 1997. Frederick W. Irion, George C. Hupp and Joseph E. Lanuti are all deceased... Burton, Fuller & Associates, P.C. offers a wide range of legal services within LaSalle County and the surrounding area...
