The Bhattacharyya Lab employs an integrative approach to understand the molecular mechanism for the regulation and activation of kinase signalling pathways in the context of learning and memory, and cognitive impairments in Down Syndrome... The Bhattacharyya Lab studies the molecular mechanism of regulation of kinase signaling using a combination of experimental and computational approaches, such as single-molecule microscopy, native mass spectrometry, structural biology, biophysics and biochemistry, and molecular dynamics simulations.
