(BBA) Bachelors of Business Administration Degree from Millsaps College in Jackson, Mississippi. (CAI) Certified Auctioneers Institute. Board of Directors with the Alabama Auctioneers Association. Member of the National Auctioneers Association. Andrew is a project coordinator and facilities manager of the Pearce Auction Center in Alabaster, Alabama. Andrew has extensive experience in Business Liquidations and Estate Auctions. He works regularly with private business owners who are retiring and needing to liquidate their assets as well as Estate executors and seniors downsizing. Andrew also handles Government Surplus Auctions coordinating with City & County officials when assets need to be sold. Andrew manages a significant open consignment auction each month from the Pearce Auction Center.

With more than 30 years of experience in sales, manufacturing, and agriculture, Damon is uniquely qualified to provide consultation, marketing, and liquidation services for farms, businesses, estates, and municipal assets. His work has taken him to more than 40 states. Damon was born in Birmingham, AL and grew up in Columbiana, AL which is where he currently lives. He attended the University of Montevallo and then entered the world of business through his family's manufacturing operation. This endeavor allowed him to become proficient in business operations, learning the value and opportunities afforded by wearing multiple managerial hats. While helping building his family business, which they later sold, Damon also developed a small but high quality cattle business. The ability to be multi-faceted and flexible led to opportunities in independent consulting in the cattle business, sales/marketing, as well as business processes/operations.

January is a State of Alabama Automobile title agent and also handles all Federal Fire Arms paperwork for Pearce and Associates. January coordinates and manages regular estate consignment auctions for Pearce and Associates at the Pearce Auction Center in Alabaster, Alabama

Larry "Chip" Pearce, AARE,CES,GPPA,AMI Professional Auctioneer for more than 35 years. CES (Certified Estate Specialist) AARE (Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate) GPPA (Graduate Personal Property Appraiser) AMI (Auction Marketing Professional) Licensed Real Estate Broker Federal Firearms License including Class III Alabama Automobile Dealer Chip is recognized as a Collector Car Expert and has owned and appraised hundreds of collector vehicles. Recognized as an expert by the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts. Pearce has conducted hundreds of auctions selling tens of millions of dollars in assets over the past 35 years. Current clients include Alabama Power Company, AT&T, SPIRE, KBR International as well as numerous Government Agencies. Pearce is a Governor Appointment Member of the Alabama State Board of Auctioneers Past board member of the Alabama Auctioneers Association Member of MarkNet Alliance, the largest auction organization in the U.S. with 60 affiliate partners located in 35 States and South Africa. She also coordinates monthly consignment auctions at the Pearce Auction Center in Alabaster, Alabama.

Pete Horton, CAI (Certified Auctioneers Institute). CES (Certified Estate Specialist) GPPA (Graduate Personal Property Appraiser) Auction Sales Manager, Gulf Coast Region for Pearce and Associates Auction Company. Pete has been conducting auctions now for over 40 years. In his career, Pete has conducted auctions in 57 of the 67 Alabama counties. These auctions include real estate of all descriptions, equipment, business liquidations, and estates. He has conducted auctions for The State Of Alabama, Cities and Counties, Several branches of the Federal Government, large corporations, small businesses, lending institutions, estates, and individuals. Pete is a licensed Real Estate Broker and licensed Auctioneer in Alabama and Florida. He is a designated member of the Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI) and is a Certified Estate Specialist (CES). In addition, Pete is a member of the Alabama Auctioneers Hall of Fame and is a former Alabama State Champion Auctioneer. Pete presently serves as a member of the Alabama State Board of Auctioneers. Pete and his wife Myra reside in Gulf Shores. They have two daughters, Sara and Melissa.
