Bowlen was born in California on March 12, 1948, at an early age, the family moved back to Oklahoma. Bo attend Jenks Public Schools for 12 years and graduated in 1967. He is a proud veteran of the US Army from 1967 to 1969. Bo spent many years in Northeastern Oklahoma before returning to the Jenks area. He and his wife, Jeanneane, were married in March of 2009. Bo loves to spend time with family and friends; and enjoys being at the lake, in the RV. Bo began working for Schaudt Funeral Service in 2011, and enjoys all facets of the funeral profession. He and Jeanneane are members of First United Methodist Church in Jenks.

Daniel C. Schaudt - President

Daniel C. Schaudt felt the calling to pursue a career in funeral service at a young age. During high school, Daniel was employed with a local funeral home. Daniel is a graduate of Jenks High School were he was active in varsity sports and was a member of the 1993 6-A State Championship football team. Daniel is a Certified Mass Fatalities Coordinator and a member of the Oklahoma Funeral Director's Association Disaster Team. He assisted during the Alfred P. Murrah Building bombing disaster and the May 3,1999 tornado that swept through the Oklahoma City area. Daniel is also a Certified Sterile Eye Enucleator for the Oklahoma Lions Eye Bank; past President and board member for the Glenpool Chamber of Commerce; a past board member of the Glenpool Public Schools Academic Foundation for Excellence; a past member of the City of Glenpool Planning Commission and Board of Adjustment and is a parishoner of the Church of St. Mary in Tulsa, OK Daniel received a Bachelor of Science degree in Funeral Service from the University of Central Oklahoma located in Edmond, Oklahoma. Daniel has twenty years of experience in the funeral industry serving families in the communities of Glenpool, Oklahoma City, Sapulpa, Tulsa, and Broken Arrow. Daniel's wife Karie is a graduate of Pawhuska High School and Oklahoma State University. She was Vice President of Commercial Lending with Bank SNB in Tulsa before recently joing the family business, together they have two children Sydnie Lauren and Shelbie Catherine.

Karie Schaudt - President

Karie Schaudt is the wife of President Daniel Schaudt. Prior to working in the funeral profession, Karie graduated from Oklahoma State University in 1999 with a B.S. in Business Administration and a major in finance. After graduation she spent over twenty years working in the commercial banking industry as a commercial lender. During her time in commercial lending she worked closely with small businesses helping them structure and secure loans specific to their operations and future goals. This included in-depth analysis of financial statements, tax returns and personal financial statements. She made the decision to leave the industry to spend more time with her two children and to work along the side of her husband. She currently works as a licensed funeral director and maintains the accounting and bookkeeping for the company. In her spare time (ha-ha) Karie enjoys traveling with her husband, children, friends and family to Mexico, entertaining guests in their home, anything outdoors and working out.

Lane Pilkington

Lane was born and raised in Sapulpa, Oklahoma. He attended Lone Star School and was a graduate of Sapulpa High School in 2014. Since graduation, he began to pursue the career of the in funeral service, which he was called to during high school. Lane received a Bachelor's of Science in Funeral Service in 2019 from The University of Central Oklahoma located in Edmond, Oklahoma. He has been in the funeral business since 2014 and began working for the Schaudt Family in 2015. Lane and wife Shay, moved to Okmulgee in 2017. They enjoy being a part of a small town where Lane is serves as president of the Okmulgee Young Professionals. He is also member of the FFA Booster Club, Lions Club, and the Okmulgee Area Development Corporation. Lane's wife Shay, is a graduate of Jenks High School. She also works for First Family Federal Credit Union in Okmulgee. Together, they attend First Baptist Church of Okmulgee and have two dogs, Breck and Josie.

Lisa Meacham

Lisa Meacham has recently joined the staff at Schaudt's Funeral Service. Lisa was raised in Lubbock, Texas and graduated from Texas Tech University in 1994 with a Bachelors degree in RHIM. She and her husband, Justin, have been married for twelve years. They have three young children and live in Jenks. Her children attend Jenks West Elementary. Lisa enjoys "weekend getaways" spent with her husband and children. She moved to the Tulsa area in 1997 and started her career with Novartis Medical Nutrition and was employed there for nine years. She continued her career with Hospice (5 years) and most recently worked in the senior retirement environment for 3 years before joining the Schaudt Funeral Service Team. Lisa is a Senior Adult Leader at Southern Hills Baptist Church where she and her family have been members since 2001. One of Lisa's attributes and what she enjoys most is interacting and planning activities (socials and seminars) for senior adults at her church. Lisa has that warm fuzzy feeling and personality that attracts people. We consider it a privilege and honor to have Lisa as a part of our funeral service family. She brings great knowledge besides her experience related to seniors and their needs which we consider an asset to our organization.

Rev. Gary Volz

Gary Joe Volz born in Coffeeville, Kansas on April 18, 1945 Gary moved to Muskogee, Oklahoma in 1947. Mr. Volz has lived in Northeast "Green Country"' Oklahoma the majority of his life. He graduated in 1963 from Muskogee High School. The following fall he enrolled at Midwest Christian College in Oklahoma City. Mr. Volz graduated in 1970 with a Bachelor of Science in the Studies of Theology with a minor in Christian Education. In the following years he continued his education at Ozark Bible College, Cincinnati Christian Seminary and Tulsa Community College. After retirement as a Pharmaceutical Representative in the Tulsa area, Mr. Volz has served as a hospice Chaplain and as a Sector Chief with the Tulsa Police/Fire Chaplaincy Corps. He presently serves as Minister at Glenpool Christian Church. Gary has been associated with Schaudt's Funeral Service since 2005. Mr. Volz has been married to his wife Ann for more than thirty-five years and they have five adult children.

Sandy Schaudt

Sandra Frances (Dobson) Schaudt was born in Sydney, Australia and was raised in Wilmington, Delaware. She graduated from Wilmington High School where she was active in school clubs. Sandy married Bill Schaudt October 19,1968. They moved to Fairfax, Virginia where Bill had started his career with American Airlines and where their two sons, Steve and Dan, were born. In 1977 they moved to Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Sandy was a stay at home mom during the 70's and 80's. She was active and held offices in Cub Scouts, PTA and worked as a teacher assistant in the middle school environment besides participating in both sons' athletic activities. Sandy retired after thirteen years working as an office administrator for Johnson Controls, Inc. to begin Schaudt's Funeral Service with her family. She enjoys spending time with her family; especially playing with her four grandchildren, shopping, traveling, going out with their long-time friends. Sandy and her husband attend Christ Church.

Shawn Wright

Shawn was Born and raised in Tulsa Oklahoma and graduated from Bishop Kelly High School in 1996. Shawn was president of his local chapter of F.B.L.A (Future Business Leaders of America). Shawn then went on to graduate the University of Phoenix with a Bachelors degree in Business and Marketing. He and his wife, Shelly, have been married for six years, and attend Life Church Jenks. They live in Glenpool Oklahoma. Shawn enjoys time with his combined family of six children and one new grandbaby. Shawn left his career of 20 years as a call center operations manager to pursue a career in funeral service. Shawn has been in the funeral service profession for over 8 years, listening and understanding every concern of families that he comes into contact with. Shawn not only has had a passion for the funeral business but truly looks at it as a ministry. He enjoys getting out into the community that we serve and working to educate on all aspects of the profession.

Stephen J. Schaudt

Stephen J. Schaudt recently joined the family business, Schaudt's Funeral Service. Steve was called to serve with his brother, Daniel Schaudt, and brings over twenty years experience after serving families in the Oklahoma City, Norman, Shawnee, Okmulgee, Henryetta, Vinita, Langley and Grove areas. Steve is a 1989 graduate of Broken Arrow High School and graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma where he received his Bachelors degree in Mortuary Science. Stephen has one son, William Scott.

William (Bill) Schaudt

William (Bill) Schaudt was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pa. Bill graduated from Father Judge High School in Philadelphia and served four years in the United States Air Force. He attended Quaker City School of Aeronautics receiving his Airframe and Powerplant accreditation in 1966. Bill was employed by American Airlines in aircraft maintenance for thirty three years. He retired as the Manager of Quality Assurance. In 2000, Bill was hired by Frontier Airlines in Denver as the Vice President of Maintenance and Engineering. After 9/11, Bill returned to Tulsa to be close to family and embark on a new career in funeral service. Bill was very instrumental with the construction of the funeral home overseeing every step of the construction process. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Thomas Edison State College and a Masters Degree in Aviation Management from Oklahoma State University.Bill married Sandy Dobson in 1968, in his spare time he enjoys golfing and traveling. They have two sons (Steve and Dan) and four grandchildren. Sandy and Bill attend Christ Church.
