The Bootcamp Group was founded in 2010 by Matt Blewitt who has featured in national press and on ITV's The Only Way is Essex... We pride ourselves on catering for ALL FITNESS LEVELS from total beginner to advanced. We keep our sessions exciting by alternating training styles and methods. Some of the training you can expect from our sessions will be boxing and pad work, field and track, circuits (kettlebells, medicine balls, battle ropes, sand bags etc) and HIIT training...
