BRADLEY LAW - Key Persons
Adrian served as General Counsel for the Economic Development Authority for the City of Bloomington, Minnesota and was instrumental in the acquisition of land for development, public financing, and spearheaded the land acquisition and public financing, and negotiation of a development agreement that led to the development of the Mall of America, the largest single shopping mall and attraction center in the country.
Adrian E. Herbst is a retired Partner of Bradley Law, LLC. Adrian has over 30 years of experience in municipal and governmental work. As a past municipal official, including city attorney, he has a broad base knowledge of city government and the operations of city government as well as coordination and work with the various personnel within city government offices.
Leslie Saporito is a former Partner with Bradley Law, LLC. Sadly, Leslie lost her battle with cancer in 2017. Prior to her passing, she worked with her father, Adrian Herbst, and her colleagues, Mike Bradley and Kristin Berkland, on telecommunications issues. Leslie was a great attorney and dear friend and she is greatly missed here at our firm.
Michael Athay specializes in telecommunications and information technology law. He joined Bradley Law, LLC in February, 2018 after more than 20 years practice in the City of Philadelphia Law Department, where he was Chief Deputy City Solicitor leading the Department's 17 attorney Commercial Law Unit.
Mike Bradley is a partner of Bradley Law, LLC. Mike has a national regulatory practice in cable television and telecommunications and experience before state and federal courts, the FCC, the PUC and the State Legislature. He is rated AV by Martindale Hubble and his work has resulted in being recognized as a Minnesota "SuperLawyer" and "Rising Star Attorney" by Minnesota Law and Politics. Mike has successfully managed projects, both large and small throughout his career. Mike also serves as special counsel to the Lighthouse Law Group, PLLC in Seattle, Washington.
Tou is a resident of Maplewood and is an active member with youth basketball at the Maplewood Community Center. He is the second child among eight siblings and in his free time he enjoys a game of backyard football and basketball with his brothers after a long day of campaign door-knocking.
