Chris Ransome

Chris, a Deloitte alumni, started his own corporate finance firm in 1995 and has since provided strategic corporate financial services to a broad portfolio of both public and private companies; acted as the promoter for two IPO's on the JSE; and initiated, negotiated and implemented a wide range of substantial corporate transactions. During this time, Chris has accepted senior leadership positions, both executive and non-executive on the boards of conglomerates involved in the engineering, industrial, automotive and information technology industries. Currently, Chris holds three non-executive board positions, two as Chairperson and one as Chair of the financial oversight and risk committee.

Gordon Odgers

Gordon is a seasoned business executive having held various ‘large corporate' chief executive directorships through his career. Notably, Gordon, together with Bramel, led Midas through its JSE de-listing and management buyout in 2002. Under his leadership, Midas achieved exponential growth in revenue, profit and cash generation that culminated in its outright acquisition by the Imperial Group in 2016. Gordon's considerable business experience is treasured by the Bramel executive as his insights, strategic guidance and sanguine demeanour is hugely accretive to the Bramel service offering.

Tyrone Niland - Managing Director

Tyrone has over the past 15 years held senior positions at companies in various sectors including digital communications, media, property investment, software development and travel/tourism. His recent experience includes capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, operational reorganisations and strategy development. Tyrone has worked on and led corporate transactions for engineering, technology and industrial companies. Tyrone is an executive director of Bramel and Growthstar, and a senior partner at European firms, Direct Engineering and TradeTech Partners.
