Cindy Santa Cruz

Cindy has more than 40 years of experience in the equestrian field, which includes both her time as owner and professional rider to her current role as a consultant in the design of equestrian facilities for the Hotel Casa Grande in Xala. Her current responsibilities include all aspects associated with this area of Hacienda Xala, from the general design, the necessary facilities, the selection of suppliers and materials for the horses, the center's operations, to the general business plan of the same. Previously, Cindy was the design consultant for One & Only Mandarina's equestrian facility, where she was also responsible for a $ 3.5 million luxury polo and riding area. Cindy also served as Property Manager of Leatherdale Farms West, where she oversaw all aspects of maintenance of the Olympic dressage training facility at Rancho Santa Fe, and as president of the Hawaii State Dressage Society, a position she held in her capacity as volunteer. Her work leading this organization was recognized in 2009 when the United States Dressage Society awarded her the "Volunteer of the Year" award for Region 7. Beyond this supportive involvement in the Hawaii State Dressage Society, she also volunteered for the Maui Humane Society in 2001. Outside of the equestrian world, Cindy has experience in the Human Resources area, having served as manager of this area for American Healthcare Products and as a representative for Bechtel Corporation. Regarding her education, she has a degree in International Relations from the University of Colorado.

Jerónimo Bremer

Jerónimo has more than 20 years of investment experience, mainly due to his time at Goldman Sachs (GS), where he was vice president at the Principal Strategies Group, an internal team of the firm that managed 15,000 million dollars of the Bank's own capital. At GS, Jerónimo was directly responsible for investments worth more than 300 million dollars in Europe, mainly in the German, French and Spanish markets. This portfolio was mainly focused on the consumer, energy, financial services, real estate, internet and tourism sectors. Jerónimo was President of the Executive Committee and member of the Board of RLH Properties (RLH), one of the largest luxury hotel groups in Mexico, with emblematic properties such as the Four Seasons Hotel in Mexico City, the prestigious Mayakoba Resort in the Riviera Maya and the Hotel Villa Magna in Madrid, in addition to being an owner of the Mandarina project. Furthermore, he is a member of the Investment Committee of Balam Fund I. Jerónimo's area of focus has been investment analysis, strategic planning and capital raising with institutional investors. He has a degree in Business Administration from the University of Cologne, in Germany, and from ICADE, Universidad Pontificia Comillas, in Madrid. He has dual German and Mexican nationality, and speaks English, Spanish, German, French and Russian.

John Paul Mahoney

John Paul Mahoney, commercial director of the Mandarina sale, has extensive experience of more than 15 years in the placement of luxury residential assets, selling assets worth more than 100 million dollars in the last 5 years. Before his time at RSC, he worked as a DINE real estate promoter selling custom homes and residences for the Four Seasons Punta Mita brand. In addition to his extensive experience in the commercial real estate market, John Paul had a successful career in professional tennis. In his early days he was named British Columbia's No. 1 Junior Tennis Player for 5 consecutive years and was also among the top 10 in Canada, his birthplace, before moving on to study and play tennis at the highest college level, which led him to win the gold medal at the Australian University Games. After graduating with a degree in International Business from the University of Wollongong he continued his career in professional tennis in his home country, where he was ranked # 1 in men's doubles. After competing professionally, John Paul taught tennis around the world, from Austria to the British Virgin Islands. In 2004, John Paul headed to the Riviera Nayarit, Mexico, where he was recruited as Director of Tennis by the Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita.

Juan C Bremer - Founder

Juan is an investor and business leader in Mexico with more than two decades of experience in the development and management of residential hotel properties. He currently leads the Kirbitan family office. He is the co-founder and promoter of the RLD Development creation, which later became BK Partners, an asset management company dedicated to creating investment vehicles for different sectors. To make this company successful, Juan provided his own capital and attracted specialized investors for its development. Likewise, Juan was a co-founder, deputy CEO and member of the Executive Committee and Board of Directors of RLH Properties. Juan is co-founder of this latest project, a mixed-use development (residential and hotel) with the One & Only and Rosewood brands. As well as Xala, a 1,200 hectare sustainable development project along Mexico's Pacific coast, just south of Puerto Vallarta.

Martha Magallón

Martha has, for more than 12 years, managed the administration of companies in the hotel and residential real estate sector. In the last 8 years, she has been a general accountant for RSC Development, a stage in which she has managed accounting and treasury, has controlled the budget, taxes and government procedures and has also served as assistant to the Directorate. Before this, she was Treasury Manager at RLD, a company in which she also managed the accounting and the implementation of accounting processes. Outside of the real estate sector, she held the position of General Accountant at American Health Care Products, as head of the Treasury Department, where she was in charge of accounting management, budget control, inventories, taxes and government procedures. During this period, she was also in charge of Human Resources management, quality assurance control and the implementation of the ISO 9001-2000 quality system. Regarding her professional training, she graduated in Public Accounting from the University of Guadalajara. Our team has more than 50 years of global experience in hotel and residential real estate development projects.

Ricardo Santa Cruz

Ricardo Santa Cruz has more than two decades of experience in the business world as a real estate developer, innovator, investor and business leader in Mexico. At the beginning of his career, Santa Cruz formed an alliance with the American company American Healthcare Products, focused on medical supplies, where he continues as President. In the last 12 years, he has focused on land acquisition and real estate development on the shores of the Mexican Pacific. Through his company RSC Development, Santa Cruz is one of the founding partners of the Xala project, which is soon to be announced and consists of 1,200 hectares on the beautiful coast of the Pacific Ocean south of Puerto Vallarta. As Founder, President and CEO of RSC Development, he led the fundraising efforts for the project, managing to consolidate the sum of 90 million dollars in investment. In addition, he was responsible for negotiating and acquiring the lands; he currently leads the project. Ricardo led real estate sales in the exclusive Mandarina project, located in La Riviera Nayarit. He participated in all aspects of this development, from the negotiation and acquisition of the land to the commercial supervision of the project.

Víctor Lizárraga

Víctor joined the ACTUR team in 2018, he has more than 15 years of experience in the real estate sector, both in the residential and hotel sector as well as in logistics. Before this stage, he joined the Ideas y Desarrollo Sustentable (IDS) group as General Director, in charge of several projects in the states of Quintana Roo, Guanajuato, Sonora, Baja California and Jalisco. Where he was responsible for the purchase of land, regularization of ejido land, administration, finances, land use, environmental impact, coordinating the fiscal and legal area, corporate structure, condominium regime and development operation, among others.
