Branch is the new radical craft cider company Bristol deserves. More Taste > Less Waste. Refillable kegs growlers... Session ciders are now mainly made with eating apple concentrate. Bristol Blend is made with traditional cider apples from nearby orchards blended with Braeburn and Gala grade outs (the mis-shapes!), fermented with a non-traditional yeast for more varietal character. We like to think of this as a definable 'Bristol' style of cider, a blend of traditional and modern, cider apples and dessert apples.
