Greg Brockwell is a business trial lawyer. What does it mean to be a business trial lawyer? Well, as a trial lawyer, Greg is first and foremost a litigator and advocate-with an emphasis on business disputes. He has handled litigation of every sort, representing both plaintiffs and defendants and a spectrum of clients from the most humble of individuals to the most profitable of corporations. Second, as a business lawyer, Greg handles business issues of every flavor, shape, and size. He serves as outside general counsel to many Alabama businesses, serving whatever need they may have. For those clients and many others, he handles business negotiations, transactions, contracts, buyouts, workouts, and reorganizations. Greg is a registered mediator and arbitrator, listed on the panels maintained by the Alabama Center for Dispute Resolution. Ultimately, his goal as a lawyer is to resolve every matter in the best way it can be resolved. When not at work, Greg enjoys spending time with his wife, kids, and dog in their community of Homewood. Some may say he is a man with "too many hobbies and too little time," but his free time is most often spent outdoors with his family, letting his kids teach him the finer points of things like playing tennis, dog walking, fly fishing, and bird hunting.
