The Owner visits regularly and happily leaves the day to day running of the home to the manager, Emma Hume. Emma has worked here over 20 year since leaving college, working her way up from care assistant to assistant manager and now registered manager. She has gained the neccessary qualifications for the post, completing her NVQ4 + registered managers award... Burnside court is staffed 24 hours a day by very dedicated, trained staff, many of who have worked here for several years. All staff are given the opportunity to complete their QCF /Diploma's in Health and Social Care.
