JOEL STEPHEN

Joel was born to litigate. At an early age he remembers standing up for the little guy even though it was not a popular position. Joel brings to his practice of representing his clients the same tenacious attitude. Joel understands how important it is to listen to his clients and have a complete understanding of their goals in order to effectively present their claims. Joel graduated from the University of Dallas in 1987 with a B.A. in History. He received his Juris Doctorate Degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 1992. He was admitted to the Northern District of Illinois in 1995. The Northern District of Indiana September 2010. He commenced his legal career doing work as a plaintiff's attorney until joining a small insurance defense boutique firm in 1998. Having litigated plaintiff's personal injuries, he brings an additional perspective to the handling of defense claims. Joel has in excess of 100 jury verdicts.
