Joel R. Jacks is a Managing Partner and a Founder of CM Equity Partners. In 1992, Mr. Jacks co-founded and managed Carl Marks Consulting Group LLC. From 1988 to 1992, Mr. Jacks was a private consultant involved in interim management and profit improvement programs for under-performing companies.
