The CarbonPoint patented, non-emissive, Semi-Closed Cycle (SCC) concentrates and captures CO2, at the distributed scale, across a broad range of pison and turbine engines from 1 to 25+ megawatts... Our product development story began in the 1990s with the U.S. Navy and undersea propulsion technology that required no gaseous exhaust, and thus a patented and proven carbon capture process technology was born.   We recognized the opportunity to create a solution that combines the Navy's carbon capture technology with gas processing techniques used in the oil and gas industry... CarbonPoint Solutions was founded in 2011 as Enhanced Energy Group to develop commercial carbon capture solutions built on the Navy's technology. With multiple new patents awarded in the following years, the company attracted new investors and collaborated with Caterpillar.
