CCL was founded in 1992 to carry out a project in the Hudson Bay territory. The founders (Cardinal, Chagnong and Lessard) left their mark in the name of the company. In 1993, when the initial project was completed, Marc-André Robichaud, until then superintendent for the company, became a shareholder in the company. He became the sole shareholder in 1997. In 1994, the company obtained the secondary drilling contract at the Mont-Wright mine in Fermont, a contract it has done continuously since...
