Columbus Circle Wines & Spirits has been owned and operated by the Villani family in the Columbus Circle area for 75 years. In 1934, Charlie Villani opened Columbus Circle Liquors at 1 Columbus Circle. That building was sold to make way for the construction of The Huntington Museum that, in time, became The American Heritage Museum and is now the Museum of Art & Design.
