Celebrate Our Differences (C.O.D.) is a social venture supporting the development of workplaces and communities to co-create places of belonging... Based in Nanaimo, British Columbia, we support communities and organizations on Vancouver Island, the Gulf Islands, the Sunshine Coast, Greater Vancouver, as well as other locations near and far. We are honoured to be located and live on the land of the Snuneymuxw First Nation of the Coast Salish People and home area of the Mid Island Métis Nation.
