People from different fields with rich expertise having realized the inadequacy of their effort in transforming the society through their respective fields alone, formed into a collective group and decided to pursue programmes and activities which could reverse the trend. Gradually they consolidated and expand their activities and in the millennium year of 2000 decided to form" Centre for Planning and Development" to make it a legal body.
