Champion Building & Development founded by Joseph Campione finally came to fruition in 2021 after many years in the construction industry from building small residential homes to large High-Rise towers. Joe originally started learning alongside his father who owned Forestdale Cabinetry & Millwork in Massachusetts in the Early 1980's. Joe's father instilled the highest quality standards and craftsmanship, unmatched by anyone in the industry. From there, Joe started with Residential Single Family home construction and small commercial projects in the New England areas. In 2005, Joe moved to South Florida and began building large Commercial and Residential projects for some of Florida's highest ranked builders, such as Stiles Construction, Kaufman Lynn & Balfour Beatty. Some of his highlights included the Worlds Largest Luxury Auto Dealership- Lexus of North Miami , which made the cover of Construction Ink magazine and Tower 155 -High end Condo's in Boca Raton's Mizner Park.
