Paul E. Smith is a native of Savannah, Georgia. He is the youngest of two sons, born to Pastor James and Mrs. Catherine Smith. He was raised in the Liberty City Community and educated in the Savannah Chatham County Public School System. Mr. Smith graduated from A.E. Beach High School. He continued his education at Savannah State University, obtaining a Bachelor of Political Science Degree. He also received his Master of Divinity at Morehouse School of Religion in Atlanta, Georgia in 2022. Mr. Smith has served as Youth Minister at both the Pentecostal Miracles of Deliverance Center and Tremont Temple Baptist Church. He also has served as Associate Pastor of Tremont Temple. Some of his leadership roles and ministry affiliations include but are not limited to serving as the NAACP Chapter President of SSU, currently he serves as 2nd Vice President to Savannah, GA chapter. His passionate desire to serve people has led him into the Georgia correctional facilities throughout South Georgia teaching inmates how to read and write. Mr. Smith had the honor to serve the Historic Second African Baptist Church as Interim Pastor. In a short period of time, under his service, the brown bag ministry was re-organized and several families in need were blessed during the Covid-19 pandemic. Rev. Smith also spearheaded an initiative to provide several Covid-19 Care Packages to the Greenbriar​​ Children's Center in Savannah, Georgia to assist the youth during the pandemic. He believes in the power of reading and in August 2022, he hosted a reading in the park day in the 5th District. Mr. Smith has over 7 years of experience in higher education throughout the state of Georgia.

Roger Moss is originally from Chattanooga, Tennessee. He holds B.A. degree in interpersonal communications from Wheaton College in Wheaton, Illinois. He has over 20 years of experience in advertising, ranging from working with radio stations to marketing the whitewater venues for the 1996 Olympics. He is co- founder of the Savannah Children's Choir. His commitment to education led him to work with parents, educators, and stakeholders on the founding board of Savannah Classical Academy. When he is not founding and running non-profits Roger is a sought-after singer. He has performed with the Savannah Symphony, Hilton Head Symphony, Beaufort Symphony and Memphis Opera. He serves on the Chatham County Board of Health, Habersham YMCA, Savannah Repertory Theatre, and Savannah Philharmonic boards of directors.
