GLOBAL YOGA & WELLNESS CENTER

The Global Yoga and Wellness Center in Chicago, opened in 1996 with the unique and innovative mission of offering many types of yoga and wellness services in one location in Bucktown. This was not available in other studios in the neighborhood at this time. In fact, There were not many yoga studios open in Chicago in 1996. People came from all around the city and suburbs to try different styles of yoga classes and wellness services with us. Students could try various styles and instructors to explore what felt right to them... Rhonda's unique vision included other yoga classes and wellness services such a Prenatal-Postpartum Yoga, Aromatherapy workshops, Meditation classes and Yoga Teacher Trainings. Many yoga instructors in Chicago began teaching in this studio, shared knowledge, and formed a community together over the years.
