Aaron has carried forward his family's leadership at Fidelity Bank into a fourth generation, serving as both president and chief executive officer. In these vital roles, he establishes the overall vision and strategic direction of the bank while overseeing day-to-day business operations. His guidance informs the work of an executive team representing all areas of the business. During his time as president, Fidelity has achieved its most profitable years, substantially grown assets and navigated a charter change to a national banking association. Aaron first joined the organization in 2007 as commercial loan officer at the level of vice president. In July 2012, Aaron was named Oklahoma market president and executive vice president. He was also appointed to serve as an advisory director on the Fidelity Bank Board of Directors. The Oklahoma division achieved improved results under his leadership, including record profitability in the Oklahoma City market. In 2015, Aaron assumed the role of president of Fidelity Bank, adding chief executive officer to his title in 2020. Aaron is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration. He attended the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin, graduating first in his class. Aaron began his banking career as a Credit Analyst with IBC Bank. Outside of Fidelity, Aaron serves as a Wichita Rotarian and member of the Greater Wichita Partnership Board of Directors.

As director of operations, Carol provides oversight to multiple areas of the bank ensuring that vital functional groups are all working together to deliver a seamless banking experience. She guides the operational efforts of Fidelity's consumer, commercial and residential lending business units, as well as the activities of the compliance and special corporate projects divisions. Carol has worked at Fidelity Bank since 2000 and has nearly three decades of banking experience in areas that include operations, branch management, regulatory compliance and information technology. Carol possesses a comprehensive understanding of banking regulations, compliance and auditing, having worked to standardize internal and external processes to maintain high standards for business practices. She has helped the bank better manage workflow processes and developed new strategies that add value and efficiency to our business functions. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in organizational management and leadership from Friends University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Webster University. Carol attended the Bank Administration Institute Graduate School of Banking at Vanderbilt University, graduating in 2006. Carol has served in many capacities in the community, holding professional and civic leadership positions. She has dedicated her time and expertise to organizations including W / A Community of Young Professionals, Friends University Alumni Advisory Board, the YWCA and the Wichita Family Crisis Center.

Under Clark's leadership, Fidelity Bank has grown significantly, with $2.8 billion in assets and employing more than 500 people. Clark led efforts to increase Fidelity's retail branch network and expand into the metro areas of Oklahoma City and Kansas City. As the 3rd generation in the family enterprise, he also serves as Chairman of the Bank's holding company as well as other non-Fidelity family interests. Clark's son, Aaron, became president of Fidelity Bank in 2015 and succeeded him as Chief Executive Officer in 2020. Clark is a graduate of Wichita State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration. He joined Fidelity in 1976, the same year his family's mortgage business acquired a $32 million, local savings and loan institution which became Fidelity Bank. Prior to becoming the Bank's CEO, he served as Executive Vice President of Fidelity's operating subsidiaries that were engaged in land development, property management and insurance services. Clark has a passion for giving back to the community and has contributed his time and talents to civic and charitable organizations. Clark currently serves as chairman of the Dean's Advisory Board of the Barton School of Business at Wichita State University and is also a member of WSU's National Advisory Council. He has served on numerous boards, including those of the Wichita Community Foundation, Wichita State University Foundation and Rotary Club of Wichita.

Roger Mericle - SVP

As Fidelity Bank's chief credit officer, Roger supervises and provides guidance to areas including credit administration, underwriting and residential portfolio loan approval. Roger also oversees loan review and credit analysis functions for the Bank's Kansas and Oklahoma divisions. Roger provides managerial oversight of the Bank's Allowance for Loan and Lease Losses reserve. He has more than 30 years of banking experience, including overseeing a diverse loan portfolio for customers in real estate, aviation and energy sectors. He previously served as the commercial business lending manager for Fidelity's Wichita market where he contributed to commercial and industrial lending efforts. Roger is a graduate of Kansas State University and the Colorado Graduate School of Banking. Roger is an active volunteer in the community and currently sits on the YMCA Community Development Board, where he has served in various capacities since 2007. Additionally, Roger fulfills a variety of roles at Newspring Church.

Tim Nelson

Tim has been a member of the Fidelity Bank team for more than twenty years. He started with the Bank in 1993 as an asset review specialist and was quickly promoted to commercial real estate loan manager. Tim later served in the leadership role of chief lending officer at the executive vice president level before assuming his current role. Tim is a graduate of Kansas State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance. Tim finished in the top ten percent of his class at American Banker's Association National Commercial Lending School. Prior to working at Fidelity, Tim held multiple positions with Kansas State Bank and Trust, including loan teller, credit officer and special asset officer. Tim is an active supporter of the Boy Scouts of America, where he earned his Eagle Scout designation, and Special Olympics. He serves on the board of the Wichita Chamber of Commerce and is actively involved with the Downtown Lending Consortium.
