Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, City Acupuncture will continue to put patient and staff safety first. We require proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test taken within 72 hours. Patients may wait in the outdoor waiting area or in the indoor waiting area if capacity allows. All practitioners will be wearing masks. We require that patients wear their own mask/face protection while in the common areas of the clinic. Patients may remove them in their treatment bay. We ask that patients with active cold or flu-like symptoms reschedule their appointments. We reserve the right to cancel an appointment if a patient comes in with active symptoms and has not given proof of a negative test. We require 24 hour cancellation of appointments but understand that sometimes symptoms arise the same day. There will be no charge for late cancellation in these circumstances.
