I work from an Attachment-based, Emotionally Focused perspective, which means I am interested in the underlying emotions and unmet attachment needs that drive the way you think, act, and feel. Additionally, I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which is an incredibly effective approach to healing trauma.
