Dan Nathan, Chief Operating Officer, joined ClearFocus Innovations in November 2019. Prior to joining ClearFocus, Dan served as President and General Manager for U.S. based TeleHealth Services, where he was responsible for providing overall direction and guidance with the objective of maximizing growth and profitability for the organization. Dan brings over 25 years of U.S. healthcare market and leadership experience to ClearFocus having held numerous executive roles in sales management and operations management. He is passionate about driving business forward within a rapidly changing and competitive healthcare landscape. Dan is adept at building productive relationships with upper level decision makers within the company and in supplier, customer and shareholder settings. Dan led various business transformations resulting from acquisitions, changing business/market landscapes and shifts in technology, while effectively maintaining a shared understanding amongst employees and the corporate value system. DEREK FORMAN - Chairman, Founder

After serving three tours of duty in Vietnam (USMC) and receiving an Honorable Discharge in1970, Derek Forman began his lifelong career in healthcare after studying Business Administration/Management at Santa Monica College and California State Northridge. Forman was recruited by American Hospital Supply (AHA) in 1973 as General Manager of its San Francisco Wells National division and in 1975 was made Senior Director with responsibility for all Operations in the United States from Detroit to the Hawaiian Islands with 16 direct reports and 650 indirect reports. Leaving American Hospital Supply in September of 1977 he founded Allen Technologies where in 1980 he pioneered the concept of using Interactive Technology at the patient bedside. This technology (Platform I or P1) soon became the industry standard for educating patients and was known as the technology to Enhance the Patient Journey to Better Health. In 1982 P1 was introduced to Australia and a sister company was formed in Sydney (Allen Australia). In 1986 both companies were sold to a private Australian investment firm, which then went public on the Sydney Stock Exchange. Forman was retained as a board member of the public company and remained as Chairman/CEO of Allen US. In 1989 Forman re-acquired ownership of Allen US after which he acquired competitors, AmeriData in 1997, Healthway Interactive in 2002 and HCORP in 2003. Combined with the reacquisition of Allen these acquisitions placed Allen as the leading provider of Interactive Bedside Technologies in Acute Care Hospitals in North America. In 2006 Forman Sold 24% of Allen to Fundamental Capital and in 2007 Fundamental Capital acquired100% of Allen where he continued as Founder/Chairman of Allen until 2019. JEFF SIM

Jeff Sim has spent the last twenty years working in the Building Controls Industry. He started his career in the US Navy as a Nuclear QA and Steam plant cleanliness inspector and served as Training Petty Officer on the USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN-72) which is the fifth Nimitz-class nuclear aircraft carrier in the United States Navy. His duties included responsibility for on-going training for one hundred and fifty nuclear qualified personnel. Upon discharge Jeff went to work for Siemens Building Technologies where he acquired knowledge on Automated Logic products and WebCTRL and is recognized as an industry expert on Siemens Apogee software and PPLC programming along with deep knowledge on interface protocols such as BACnet and Modus. Jeff left Siemens as their Sr. Engineering Specialist and founded his own business Technical Building Solutions and considered one of the foremost experts in the San Francisco Bay area in building control design and commissioning of projects. Jeff graduated from Glendale Collage majoring in Electronics and Robotic studies and with his background and knowledge is well suited to assist ClearFocus Innovations in the commissioning of it Autonomous Service Robots (ASR) as well as its continued development strategies to bring the next generation of ASR's to market.
