CLIFF WILLIAMS - Chairman

As the Chair of the Board, Cliff Williams plays a pivotal role in guiding and mentoring the executive team to fulfill and exceed Comlink's Long Range Plan. With a background in financial and business management spanning over 40 years in the cable and telecommunications industries, Cliff has led numerous successful companies, including Rogers Cable Systems and Eschelon Telecom, where he was the founder and CEO. When not in the office, Cliff can be found on the golf course, watching CNN, or spending quality time with friends, children, and his six grandchildren.

DAN WIGGER - COO

Dan Wigger, in his capacity as COO, oversees all operational aspects of Comlink's fiber splicing, underground, aerial, and wireless construction divisions. He is also responsible for Comlink's Project Management Office (PMO). Safety is a top priority for Dan, who brings over 30 years of engineering and operational experience in the communications, network, and IT services industry. Beyond his professional life, Dan and his wife enjoy outdoor activities with their Labrador. He's an avid New York Yankees baseball fan, loves fishing, and is passionate about fitness and competitive sports.

MIKE EVANS - CFO

As the CFO of Comlink, Mike is responsible for internal finance and accounting operations consisting of strategic planning, budgets, forecasts, reporting, business analysis, general ledger, accounts payable, cash, billing, and collections. He also oversees the external banking and audit relationships. With 30 years of experience spanning various industries, including business services, infrastructure, manufacturing, distribution, energy, and construction, Mike is dedicated to his professional role. He is married, has four grown boys, and relaxes riding his Harley-Davidson.

REGAN DUFFY - CEO

Regan Duffy, in her role as CEO of Comlink, is responsible for the comprehensive management of business operations, the successful execution of company plans, and ensuring smooth overall operations. With more than two decades of experience in business management, Regan has consistently emphasized the development of stronger, smarter, and more cooperative teams. On weekends, she enjoys time at the cabin with her husband and two daughters. When not skiing or mountain biking, you can find her curled up by the fire with her dog and a good book.

Scott Williams - President

Scott Williams serves as the President of Comlink, where he oversees business development, sales, and customer relationship management. With over 18 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, Scott has consistently exceeded the expectations of employees, customers, and shareholders. He is a collaborative leader who recognizes the pivotal role of people in our success. Outside of Comlink, Scott loves spending quality time with his wife and 4 children.

VICKI SYMANIETZ

As the head of Human Resources, Vicki oversees the people operations at Comlink, with responsibility for core human resources practices, principles, and programs. Her passion lies in creating a valuable and inclusive experience for all employees, fostering a culture where Comlink can feel like home for years to come. Outside of work, Vicki treasures time with her family and aspires to travel more. She would prefer a year-round summer in Minnesota with the intention of improving her golf game.
